VMWARE ERROR "The VMware Authorization Service is not running" in windows 7/ vista/ XP [SOLVED]

What do do when you get the vmware error

Just Go in RUN and type Services.msc

You will get this

Search for VMware Authorization Service Then double click on it and click on start and select startup type automatic and then apply

Then run Vmware it will start working
