[SOLVED]The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. OR Error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembly component

Issue:

Here are the two error shown both have one solution but the error occurred during installation of a software or game Or while running an application or game

This both error were issued to me while installing and Running a software called statistics 17.0 also for IBM Statistics 19.0
According to google this error is also occured while installing office and other components on windows 7 or lower too 

Error 1  = “The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect.Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail”

Error 2 = “Error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembly component.”

Solution:

All you have to do is to install some Important softwares which actually run the softwares in an windows system links are given below

1.   Install or install updated version VC redistruable C+ +(CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD)
2.   Install or update version .net framework (Click Here To download ) 
3. Install or Reinstall VC++ 2005 (Click here to download) 
4. Install or Reinstall VC++ 2008 (Click here to download)
