HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN RUN COMMAND FOR WINDOWS 7 ? OR CREATE YOUR OWN CUSTOM RUN COMMAND

There are many run command but if u get an custom run command you would love it 

1. right click on desktop => select new =>select shortcut 

2.you will get this dialog box

FULL FORM OF SOME FILE EXTENSIONS IN WINDOWS 7 OR XP OR VISTA (mostly on all operating system including mobiles and tablet)
