For This you will require a mobile activated gprs or 3g if u want to browse and connect your mobile in pc suite mode
In this process i will be using my mobile as NOKIA 5230 and i have MTNL sim card both Gprs and 3g activated
1st after connecting your mobile in pc suite mode there is a internet icon just left to volume just left click once on it you will get this
after that clicking on New Mobile Broadband (gsm) connection you will get wizard like this
select your country and click forward you will get the below one
now select your service provider as i told i have MTNL so i choosed mtnl and after selecting your service provider just select forward you will get this
selet your plan and after that click on forward it will ask for password give that password and remember it because it may ask during everytime connection after that it will get connected and you will get this at your desktop
