When we start our windows for first time or after format the time taken is very less after few weeks we install some software and antivirus which increases our boot time and we get our stable desktop very late as compare to first day so if u want all the softwares and just need to disable startup i have a trick which works 100%
Guys use the software callled SOLOTU (called as antifrutating software)

after download for installation you will require internet connection so keep it on after the installation it will ask you to restart the pc so that it will tell you the boot time
after restart soluto will start automatically
here its screen
after that at the below there is a bar which would tell you the time taken to boot
now how to disable or delay the program startup select the program and then go in more and you will get delay or pause option
for some program you will have to wait so that there version is known like the below screenshot
after that if u see homescreen bar of the soluto it will show like this
also you can view history graph of computer boot time see my history graph
(to open history there is a option of history just below the total boot time bar)
