1.All you need is installed any version of windows
2.then download the software called logon changer]

3. extract it via win rar and you will get this
4.Click on Change Logon Screen Button and select any jpg image you want to keep as background
5.after selecting the background you will get the below screenshot and then select the test button to test the backround
