There are many run command but if u get an custom run command you would love it
1. right click on desktop => select new =>select shortcut
2.you will get this dialog box
3. locate the program you for which you want to create an run command (for this example i used cs 1.6) and click next[note locate the .exe file]
4.after clicking next you will get this dialog box and this step is an important step
Note this step however you will name the file in the run you have to write the shortcut file name for counter strike i gaved the file name as CS
5.Now copy paste the CS shorcut in C:\Windows
6.Now open Run Or press win+R
type the file name and click ok then your program will run
